Kids Coaching

I’m an advocate for pre-teen girls. I listen, support, inform, guide, and challenge girls to be their absolute best self.

As an elementary and middle school educator, board certified practitioner, and coach, working with children is my calling. I’m rockin’ it with unconditional love, and having fun while we’re at it!

Our kids are battling everyday challenges like:

  • Bullying
  • Approval
  • Self-Confidence
  • Conflict
  • Peer Pressure
  • Competition
  • Comparing
  • Judging
  • Body Image
  • Periods
  • Boys
  • Intelligence
  • Success/Failure
  • Rich/Poor

Even if they’re not experiencing all of the above (and more), these issues are happening around them on a daily basis. And sometimes, especially with their increasing need for autonomy, girls don’t always feel comfortable talking to mom or dad about these issues.

It’s vital to learn tools and coping skills early on so they can effectively navigate through school years, college, and into adulthood. It is my belief that girls with a strong sense of self, will be more likely to stand up for what they believe when faced with drugs, sex, addictive behaviors, and other situations that can veer them away from being their absolute best self.

Click here for research from Princeton that outlines how critical early adolescence years are for developing a sense of identity.

So where do I come in? I am youthful, fun, and I’m not their mom. I truly care about them, and they can sense it. I have tricks up my sleeve to positively impact their lives and future (because it’s not easy out there!). I become a confidant, a mentor, and a guiding force.

My goal is to help your daughter learn how to build healthy, honest relationships without shame, blame, lying, or manipulation. My goal is to teach her how to effectively handle conflict, stress, and everyday challenges. My goal is empowering girls to be confident, know who they are, embrace their passions and talents, and set them up to do great things in this world!

She doesn’t know she needs this but you do, and you’ll both be happier as a result! Now you just need to convince her. Don’t worry, once she’s in the door, I got this.

Drop me a line, I’m thrilled you are here!
